There are seventy-eight cards in the great tradition. This is not one of those decks — at least, not yet. Arcana of the Heart is an unfolding, modular shadow of love, released in distinct volumes. It is a private thing, drawn for those who suspect that romance is not a single key, but a ring of them, each opening a different room.
Draw these cards in order, or shuffle them into a single, growing pool. Read them upright when the love is awake, and reversed when it has fallen asleep, or when it has learned to bite. Whatever you do, do not draw them alone at midnight unless you are ready to be told the truth.
